WHAT IS RISE?
RISE is a study specifically exploring the lives of people like you who have been diagnosed with HIV since about 2016.
In particular, the study is seeking to discover more about your experience of finding out you have HIV, and your life since diagnosis, including your ongoing contact with clinical services, as well as any support services you have accessed. We also want to know about your general health and well-being, your relationships, and your feelings about the future.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Participating in the study involves simply filling out an online survey every six months. The survey can be completed at any time that is convenient to you.
There is also an optional in-depth interview component to the study, which you can choose to take part in. The interviews, which can be conducted face-to-face or by telephone, will cover your experiences in more detail.
